About Jonathan

Jonathan is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer. Over the years, he has counselled clients on a number of matters including:
- corporate mergers, acquisitions, and large value transactions;
- tax-driven rollovers and asset reorganization;
- employment and termination;
- commercial real estate leasing and transfers;
- regulatory conformity;
- professional corporations and estate planning.
Jon is the chair of the Canadian Bar Association SSGP (National) Section, and past-chair of the CBA SSGP (Alberta South) Section.
He was called to the Alberta bar in 2010, and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta
